hink Progress did their usual fact check for this debate, and it appears Mitt Romney has outdone himself since accomplishing 27 lies in the first debate. This time, he managed to create 31 falsehoods in 41 minutes of speaking. Unlike the first debate, however, he was unable to pull off a win with these ones; Obama won on both substance and style.
