The court decision on Ohio voting has not even had its ink dry, and Ohio Secretary of State John Husted has already decided to ignore the court and break the law. On Friday, Mr Husted issued a directive which could invalidate legal, provisional ballots all across the state. Provisional ballots in Ohio are issued in cases of registration problems, voting machine errors, and a multitude of other situations. An example of the provisional ballot can be found here:
